We offer unique training placements for future captains. Experience in inland navigation? That’s not necessary. What we are looking for is: motivated people with perseverance, a sense of responsibility and a desire to learn.
Whether you have long dreamed of being at the helm or have only just discovered the call of the sea, everyone is welcome to apply.
You will start as an ordinary seaman, learn the trade through sailor training, and grow step by step. From sailor, to mate, 2nd captain and ultimately: 1st captain. It is a comprehensive programme where you will receive guidance from a captain instructor and the Academy. You will learn the trade both in practice and during your training at school.
