SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality)
The SHEQ department plays an essential role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Here, colleagues work every day to improve safety systems, comply with environmental regulations and maintain high quality standards. This team contributes to the safety and well-being of our team and our customers.
Finance and HR
Our Finance department deals with billing, demurrage, cost management and reporting, among other activities, contributing to our efficient and cost-effective operations. The HR team facilitates a strong internal culture, coordinates the recruitment of new colleagues, answers questions from inland crew and office personnel, makes schedules for inland crew and provides support for training programmes.
Planning
The charterers coordinate shipments and ensure that cargo is transported in a timely and efficient manner. The team works closely with crews and customers to draw up and adjust schedules where necessary to ensure that all of the logistics processes run smoothly. This department is essential for providing reliable and customer-oriented services.
Claims
Our Claims Department is the crucial link that ensures timely and accurate financial settlement of our tanker voyages. They handle trip invoicing and contract management and liaise with clients and ship owners.
Business Development
Business Development focuses on discovering new market opportunities, entering into strategic collaborations and developing customer relationships. They work on growth and innovation projects that help us achieve our goals and deliver sustainable growth.
